Health and Safety

Managers and team leaders can quickly create all of their health and safety documents in ResponseAbility’s form builder. These forms are then pushed out to all of the specified recipients so each worker has the correct health and safety documents for their department or type of work.

Employees fill out the documents, which can range from general hazard control, accidents or near misses, straight from their mobile device. Each document has the ability to attach photo, video, and audio files to support their information.

A time and GPS location (in the form of an address) is stamped automatically to the form as it is created. If connectivity permits, the completed form is submitted in real-time otherwise it will be saved locally and synced once back within range.

All of the forms are synced with the dashboard and can be accessed in real-time.
